The Taylor Method

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 9, 2026

This website, taylormethod.com (the "Site"), and the programs, workshops, books, and coaching offered through it are provided by Taylor Method Series, Inc. ("The Taylor Method," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS messaging terms

  1. Program description. Taylor Method Series, Inc. sends text messages to people who have explicitly opted in through a dedicated checkbox on our website forms or checkout. We offer two separate programs and you may join one, both, or neither: marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates, and non-marketing text messages about workshop and program reminders, access details, and replies to your inquiries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. Support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
  4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your selections and your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. Age. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
  7. Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.

Email communications

When you buy from us or register for a masterclass or download, we send transactional email about that purchase or registration. We send marketing email only if you have ticked the marketing email box or subscribed to our newsletter. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe. Membership plans billed monthly or annually renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel any time by emailing [email protected], and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Workshop seats and other one-time purchases are confirmed on payment. Refund terms for a specific program or workshop are stated on that program's page or at checkout; where none are stated, purchases are final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected].

Use of the Site and our materials

The Site and everything on it, including the Taylor Method sales process, training videos, transcripts, workbooks, and course materials, are owned by Taylor Method Series, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own professional development. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or redistribute them, or share program login credentials, without our written permission.

By submitting content to us (for example, testimonials, comments, or questions), you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to grant that license.

No guarantee of results

Our programs teach a sales process and share what has worked for Eszylfie Taylor and other advisors. Results depend on your effort, market, licensing, and circumstances. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, compliance, or investment advice, and you remain responsible for complying with the rules of your carriers, broker-dealer, and regulators.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and our programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor Method Series, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our programs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.

Accounts and security

Program access may require an account. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example, Stripe, YouTube, and Amazon). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
